Section 1: Establishment of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare, Bauchi State.

(1) There is established the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare, Bauchi State (in this Act referred to as "the University").
(2) The University shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
