Section 30: Savings and transitional provisions.

1 On the commencement of this Act, any person employed by or serving in Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia, Kaduna State shall be deemed to have been employed or serving in the University established under this Act.

2 All Assets or liabilities belonging to Federal University Applied Sciences, Kachia, Kaduna State shall be deemed to belong to the University established under this Act.
