Section 10: Fund of the University.

1 There shall be a general Fund for the University which shall consist of-
a grants-in-aid;
b fees;
c income derived from investments;
d gifts, legacies, endowments and donations not accepted for a particular Purpose;
e income derived from the exercise of any functions conferred or imposed on the University by this Act;
f other amounts, charges of dues recoverable by the University;
g revenue accruing to the University by way of subvention;
h interests on investments; and
i donations and legacies accruing to the University from any source for the general or special purposes of the University.
