Section 22: Consent of Visitor in land matters.

1 Without prejudice to the provisions of the Land Use Act, the University shall not dispose of or charge any land or an interest in any land (including any land transferred to the University by this Act) except with the prior written consent, either general or special, of the Visitor. 2 The consent shall not be required in the case of any lease or tenancy at a rack-rent for a term not exceeding 21 years of any lease or tenancy to a member of the University for residential purpose.
