Section 11: Annual accounts of the Bank

Annual accounts of the revenue and expenditure of the Bank and of all deposits received and repaid and interests credited to depositors during the year, from 1 April in the previous year to 31 March in the following year, together with a statement of the assets and liabilities of the Bank, shall, after being audited and certified by the Auditor-General for the Federation, be submitted to the Minister and shall thereafter be published in the Federal Gazette.
