Section 10: Appointment and duties of the Secretary

The Board shall appoint for the Agency a Secretary who shall-(a) be a legal practitioner and is so qualified to practice for a period of not less than 10 years;
(b) keep the records and conduct the correspondences of the Agency; and
(c) perform such other functions as the Board or the Managing Director may direct.
