Section 11: Application of the funds.

The institutions may apply the funds provided for under Section 10 of this Act to-(a) pay the cost of administration charges and expenses of the institutions;
(b) discharge the cost of maintaining the institutions;
(c) develop and maintain any property vested in or owned by the institutions;
(d) pay for all purchases made by the institutions and the training of its staff;
(e) publicise and promote the activities of the institutions; and
(f) any other expenditure as may be approved by the Federal Government.
