Section 1: Establishment of the Federal Road Safety Commission Training institutions.

(1) There is established the Federal Road Safety Commission Training Institutions (in this Act referred to as "the institutions")-
(a) Federal Road Safety Corps Academy;
(b) Federal Road Safety Corps Command and Staff College;
(c) Federal Road Safety Corps Marshal Inspectorate Training School; and
(d) Federal Road Safety Corps Road Marshal Assistants Training School.
(2) The institutions-
(a) shall be bodies corporate;
(b) may sue and be sued in their corporate names; and
(c) shall have perpetual succession and a common seal.
