Section 20: Service of documents

A summons, notice or other document required or authorised to be served on the Mortgage Bank under the provisions of this Act or any other enactment or law may be served by-(a) delivering it to the Chairman or the Managing Director of the Mortgage Bank; or
(b) by sending it by registered post addressed to the Managing Director at the principal office of the Mortgage Bank.
