Section 26: Interpretation

In this Act -
"Board" means the Board of Management of the Centre;
"chairman" means the Chairman of the Board;
"functions" include powers and duties;
"junior staff means staff of such grade as may be determined by the Board;
"Minister" means the Minister responsible for health and
"Ministry" shall be construed accordingly; and
"student" means a person enrolled at an institution controlled by the Board for the purpose of pursuing a course of instruction at the institution.
