Section 13: Fund of the Medical Centre

There is established and maintained for the Medical Centre a fund into which shall be paid and credited -(a) all subventions and budgetary allocation from the Government of the Federation;
(b) all fees and funds accruing from the sale of drugs and other services;
(c) all sums accruing to the Centre by way of gifts, endowments, bequests, grants or other contributions by persons and organisations;
(d) foreign aid and assistance from bilateral agencies; and
(e) all other sums which may accrue to the Centre.
