Section 58: Indemnity.

The Executive Chairman, a member of the Board or any officer or employee of the Service shall be indemnified out of the assets of the Service against any liability incurred by him in defending any proceeding, whether civil or criminal if the proceeding is brought against him in his capacity as Executive Chairman, a member of the Board, officer or other employee of the Service.
