Section 53: Signification. First Schedule.

Anything done or required to be done by the Service in pursuance of any of its powers or duties under this Act or the laws listed in the First Schedule may be signified under the hand of the Executive Chairman or of an officer who has been authorized by the Board for the purpose of this section.
