Section 60: Inspection.

In any case, the Court may on the application of either party, or its own motion, make such order for the inspection by the Court, the parties or witnesses of any movable or immovable property, the inspection of either may be material to the proper determination of the question in dispute, and give such direction respecting such inspection as the Court may seem fit.
