Section 46: Chief Registrar and other Officers of Court
(1) The Federal Judicial Service Commission may, from time to time, appoint a fit and proper person to be the Chief Registrar of the Court who shall perform such duties in execution of the powers and authorities of the Court as may, from time to time, be assigned to him by the Rules of Court and, subject thereto, by any special order of the Chief Judge.
(2) The Federal Judicial Service Commission may, from time to time, appoint Registrars, Deputy Registrars and such other officers as may be deemed necessary who shall perform all such duties with respect to business before the court as may be directed by Rules of Court and any order of the Chief Judge.
(3) The Chief Registrar, Registrars and Deputy Registrar shall have power to administer oaths and perform such other duties with respect proceedings in the Court as may be prescribed by the Rules or by any special order of the Chief Judge.
