Section 20: Sittings.

(1) Subject to Rules of Court and to any provisions pertaining to vacations as may be prescribed, the court shall open throughout the year for the transaction of any pending general legal business.
(2) Provision shall be made for the hearing of all such applications as may be required to be expeditiously or immediately heard.
