Section 67: Complaints to and issuance of notice by the Commission of restrictive

(1) Where the Commission determines that an agreement or decision contravenes the provisions of this Act, it shall serve an order on the parties concerned stating the reasons for its decision and requiring the parties to
cease their anti-competition practices.
(2) Any person who has suffered a loss as a result of any restrictive agreement or decision may make a complaint to the Commission and the Commission may, if it is satisfied that the circumstances of the case so warrant,
exercise any of the powers granted to it under this Act as it deems fit, including
making interim orders mandating the cessation of the restrictive agreement
pending the conclusion of investigation.
(3) Any person who may have suffered loss as a result of this agreements or not satisfied with the decision of the Commission may apply to the Tribunal for review.
