Section 11: Congregation

(1) There is for the Colleges, a Congregation made up of both Academic and Senior Non- Teaching staff, who hold at least a first degree or its equivalent.
(2) The Provost is the Chairman of the Congregation and the Registrar is the Secretary.
(3) The Congregation shall meet at least once in a year.
(4) The quorum of the Congregation shall be at least half the total number of its members.
(5) The Congregation may regulate its own proceedings and procedures.
