FEDERAL COLLEGE OF DENTAL TECHNOLOGY AND THERAPY (ESTABLISHMENT) ACT
Section 8: Appointment of Rector of the College.
2017Section 8 of 34•Federal Republic of Nigeria
(1) There shall be a Rector for the College (in this Act referred to as "the Rector") who shall be appointed by the President in accordance with the provisions of this section.
(2) The Rector shall be the head of the College.
