Section 31: Restriction on disposal of land by the College.

Without prejudice to the provision of the Land Use Act, the College shall not dispose of or charge any land or an interest in any land (including any land transferred to the College by this Act except with the prior written consent, either general or special, of the Council. [Cap. L5, LFN 2004 ]
