Section 1: Establishment of the Federal College of Complementary and Alternative Medicine, Abuja.

(1) There is established the Federal College of Complementary and Alternative Medicine, Abuja (in this Act referred to as "the College").
(2) The College -
(a) shall be a body Corporate with perpetual succession and a common;
(b) shall be an unconventional institution; and
(c) may sue or be sued in its corporate name.
