Section 22: Interpretation.

In this Act-
"Chairman" means the chairman of the Council;
"Council" means the Governing Council of the College established by or pursuant to section 2 of this Act;
"Provost" means the Provost of the College appointed under section 9 of this Act;
"powers" includes functions and duties;
"Minister" means the Minister charged with matters relating to education; and
"member" means a member of the Council including the chairman.
