Section 20: Annual report.

(1) The Authority shall prepare and submit to the Minister through the Board not later than 30 June in each year, a report in such form as the Minster may direct the activities of the Authority during the immediate preceding year, and shall include in the report, a copy of the audited accounts of the Fund for that year and the auditor’s report.
(2) The Minister shall, upon receipt of the report referred to in subsection (1) cause a copy of the report and the audited accounts of the Fund and the auditor’s report to be submitted to each House of the National Assembly.
