Section 39: Appeal against notice.

Any person aggrieved by any notice issued under sections 37 and 38 of this Act, may appeal against such notice-(a) at first instance to the Minister; and
(b) from the decision of the Minister under paragraph (a) of this section to the Federal High Court.
