EXCHANGE CONTROL (REPEAL) ACT

Section 1: Repeal of Cap. 113 LFN
(1) The Exchange Control Act is hereby repealed.
(2) The repeal of the enactment specified in subsection (1) of this section shall not affect anything done or purported to be done under the repealed enactment.
Section 2: Citation
This Act may be cited as the Exchange Control (Repeal) Decree 1995.
