Section 31: Transitional provisions.

(1) The Minister may by order make such transitional provisions as appear to him necessary or expedient in consequence of the exercise by him of any other power to make orders under this Act.
(2) The power of the Minister to make transitional provisions consequent on the making of an order under this Act shall extend to the revocation, in consequence of any order made under this section, of any of the provisions of any enactment repealed by this Act.
