Section 14: Jurisdiction
1999Section 14 of 20•Federal Republic of Nigeria
Subject to section 13 of this Act, the Federal High Court (in this Act referred to as "the Court") shall have-(a) jurisdiction to try offenders under this Act;
(b) power, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any other enactment, to impose the penalties provided for offences in this Act.
