Section 3: Classification of Equipment Leasing

(1) Equipment leasing is divided into three main classes:
(a) finance lease;
(b) operating lease;
(c) other variants of either (a) or (b)
(2) Other variants of equipment leasing of either subsection 3 (a) or (b) are as follows—
(a) Syndicated lease;
(b) Sale and lease back lease;
(c) Cross border lease;
(d) Leverage lease; and
(e) any equipment lease that may from time to time be approved by the Minister.
