Section 23: Default of lease resulting in termination of agreement between lessor and supplier

Where owing to default or negligence, on the part of lessee, the sales agreement between the manufacturer or the supplier and the lessor is terminated, if the lessor acted in good faith, the lessor shall have the right to demand payments due from the lessee under the lease agreement.
