Section 47: Decisions of the Board.
2010Section 47 of 74•Federal Republic of Nigeria
If an employer-(a) defaults in providing the security required by the Board;
(b) defaults in the payment of any amount due to the Fund; or
(c) contravenes any decisions of the Board, the employer commits an offence under this Act.
