Section 11: Compensation for Injuries Occurring outside the normal Workplace.
Where the injury to an employee occurs while the employee is working outside the normal workplace which would otherwise entitle the employee to compensation under this Act if the injury occurred in the workplace, compensation shall be paid to the employee under this Act if-(a) the nature of the business of the employer extends beyond the usual workplace;
(b) the nature of the employment is such that the employee is required to work both in and out of the workplace; or
(c) The employee has the authority or permission of the employer to work outside normal work place.
