Section 85: Supplementary provisions relating to the Council.

(1) The N-HYPPADEC shall make its rules as to the summoning of meetings and proceedings at such meetings.
(2) The supplementary provisions as set out in the Fifth Schedule to this Act shall have effect to the proceedings of the Council and other matters contained in it. [Fifth Schedule]
