Section 50: Question of law may be referred to the Federal High Court.

(1) If a question of law arises from an order or decision of the Commission, the Commission may, on its initiative or at the request of any person directly affected by such order or decision, reserve that question for the determination of the Federal High Court.
(2) Where a question has been reserved under subsection (1), the Commission shall state the question in forte of a special case and file with the Registrar of the Federal High Court.
