Section 27: Directions to the TCN on matters related to transition.

Prior to the vesting of assets and liabilities of the TCN in the ISO, the Commission shall give the Board of Directors of the TCN directions in writing to ensure the proper transfer of the assets and liabilities of the TCN to the ISO, and the Board of Directors of the TCN shall, without delay, comply with such directions.
