Section 207: Power to make regulations.

(1) The Council of the Institute may, within the scope of its authority under this Act, make regulations relating to any internal and domestic matters prescribed by this Act under its control and superintendence other than matters for which provision is to be made under the Fifth Schedule to this Act. (2) Regulations made shall be in writing and shall come into effect when sealed with the seal of the Institute, unless another date for commencement is prescribed in it.
(3) Nothing in subsection (2) shall make it obligatory for the Council to publish the said Regulations in the Federal Government Gazette:
Provided that such Regulations not gazetted bear the official seal of the Institute.
