Section 20: Conclusive evidence.

(1) A statement, in a registered document to which the ISO is a party, that land described in the document was transferred to it from the Transmission Company of Nigeria Plc by or under a transfer order, or any other statement in the document relating to the transfer order, shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence of the facts stated.
(2) Nothing in subsection (1) shall create for any person an interest in land that the Transmission Company of Nigeria, Plc did not have and did not transfer except where such interest in land is derived under section 15 (2) (c) of this Act.
