Section 185: Establishment of the National Power Training Institute of Nigeria.

(1) There is established the National Power Training Institute of Nigeria (in this Act referred to as "the Institute").
(2) The Institute shall be a body corporate-
(a) with perpetual succession and a common seal;
(b) which may sue or be sued in its corporate name; and
(c) which may sue oi be sued in its corporate name; and deal with property, movable or immovable, real or personal.
