Section 180: Annual report.

The chief executive officer shall prepare and submit to the Governing Board for onward transmission to the President through the Minister, not later than 30 June of each year, a report on the activities of the NEMSA during, the immediately preceding year, and shall include in the report a copy of the audited accounts of the NEMSA for that year and the auditor's report on it.
