Section 158: Estimates of the Agency.
2023Section 158 of 233•Federal Republic of Nigeria
The Agency shall, not later than 30 September in each financial year, submit to the National Assembly through the Minister, an estimate of income and expenditure of the Agency during the next succeeding year.
