Section 146: Contribution payment for REF.

(1) All licensees and eligible customers liable to make contributions under section 123 of this Act shall make contributions to the REF at the rates and for the duration specified by the Commission in accordance with section 122 (3) of this Act.
(2) In making contributions to the REF, licensees and eligible customers shall pay contributions to the Agency through the Commission.
(3) All collections and payments shall be made in accordance with procedures established by the Agency.
