Section 14: Public hearing respecting competition transition charges

In the determination of competition transition charges under section 13 of this Act, the Commission may hold public hearings to obtain the views of interested parties and shall be guided by the provisions of sections 46 and 48 of this Act in respect of the conduct of its public consultations.
