Section 139: Pension and gratuity.

(1) Service in the employment of the Agency shall be deemed approved service under the Pensions Reform Act, and accordingly, employees of the Agency shall, in respect of their services shall be entitled to pensions, gratuities, and other retirement benefits as are prescribed under it. (2) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1), nothing in this Act shall prevent the appointment of a person to any office on terms, which preclude the grant of a pension and gratuity in respect of that office.
