Section 72: Renewal of licences.

(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the holder of a licence may apply for a renewal of the licence before it expires.
(2) An application for the renewal of a licence shall be made to the Commission in the form and manner and within the period prescribed by the Commission, and it shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee, if any.
(3) Section 71 applies, mutatis mutandis, to the renewal of licences.
