Section 17: Further order amending a transfer order.

The National Council on Privatisation may, at any time within one year after making a transfer order, make a further order amending the transfer order in any way that the National Council on Privatisation considers necessary or advisable, including such order or orders as may be necessary to rectify the transfer of any of the employees, assets, liabilities, rights and obligations pursuant to a verification or an audit of the employees, assets and liabilities of the initial holding company as at the date of the relevant transfer order, and this Part applies with necessary modifications to the amendment.
