Section 23: Forfeiture of passports.

The passport of any person convicted of an offence under this Act shall be forfeited to the Federal Government and shall not be returned to that person till he has served any sentence imposed or unless or until the President directs otherwise after the grant of a pardon or on the exercise of the prerogative of mercy under the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999.
