Section 11: Training programme.

The Commission shall initiate, develop or improve specific training programmes for its law enforcement and other personnel charged with responsibility for the eradication of offences created by this Act and such programme shall include-(a) methods used in the detection of offences created under this Act;
(b) techniques used by persons involved in offences created under this Act and appropriate counter-measures;
(c) detection and monitoring of the movement of proceeds and property derived from economic and financial crimes intended to be used in the commission of offences under this Act;
(d) methods used for the transfer, concealment or disguise of such proceeds, property and instrumentalities;
(e) collection of evidence;
(f) law enforcement techniques;
(g) legal prosecution and defence; and
(h) dissemination of information on economic and financial crimes and related offences.
