Section 20: Power of the Board to consider matters relating to training

(1)
The Board may consider and, if it thinks fit, report to the Minister on all matters relating to the professional training and other qualifications required for admission to the profession under this Act and the conditions of practice after registration.
(2) The Minister may require the Board to advise him on any matter referred to in subsection (1) of this section.
