Section 27: Regulations, etc.

Any power to make regulations, rules or orders conferred under this Act shall include-(a)
the power to make provisions for such incidental and supplementary matters as the authority making the instrument considers expedient for the purposes of the instrument; and
(b) the power to make different provisions for different circumstances.
