Section 25: Establishment of Committees.

Bodies established under this Act, shall have power to constitute Committees consisting members of such Bodies and, subject to the provisions of sections 5 and 10 of this Act, authorize a Committee established by it to exercise on its behalf, such functions as may be delegated to the Committee.
