Section 29: Regulations

Without prejudice to the provisions of section 24, the Bureau may with the approval of the Federal Executive Council make regulations for the operation of this Act, including the issuance of guidelines for-(a)
obtaining external loans by the Federal government or any of its agencies;
(b)
guarantees with regard to, external loans by a State Government or any of its agencies; and
(c) the approval by the Minister in respect of on-lending to public bodies.
